How to Install iperf3 software package in Ubuntu 16.04 LTS (Xenial Xerus)

iperf3 software package provides Internet Protocol bandwidth measuring tool, you can install in your Ubuntu 16.04 LTS (Xenial Xerus) by running the commands given below on the terminal,

$ sudo apt-get update
$ sudo apt-get install iperf3

iperf3 is installed in your system.

Make ensure the iperf3 package were installed using the commands given below,

$ sudo dpkg-query -l | grep iperf3 *

You will get with iperf3 package name, version, architecture and description in a table
